Yes equally mix vinegar and water and dab it around your face and neck, this act as the best toner. Along with toning vinegar also act as a disinfectant.  Some of the other skin toner is - A mixture of chamomile herbal tea bag and water and lemon juice. Test these on a small patch of your skin before you use them to make sure you don’t have a rection.
